Noodle Engine came to life on the back of many years of running restaurants within Sheffield. We struggled to find fresh noodles of the highest quality that weren't packed with additives and nasties. 
 

We found ourselves spending revenue in the capital instead of the steel city.
 

We had the knowledge and expertise we just needed the tooling.....we sourced it and in year 2017, we proudly produced our very own range of Fresh Noodles - Ho Fun noodles, Rice Thread noodles and Japanese Ramen noodles.

Since then, we have ventured into making more Oriental food products such as Dim Sum, marinated 'Lu Wei' products, delicacies, ready meals, semi-prepared meats and cooking sauces as we saw a gap in the market.
